This incident caused the temporary shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking area.

Two more people are now in custody related to a robbery at Heathrow Airport in which over twenty individuals sustained injuries by what is thought to be pepper spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A man, 24, was arrested in Lambeth on suspicion of robbery and assault and a 23-year-old woman was detained for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. Both individuals are still being held, the force said.

The arrests follow a probe into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the incident, a pair of female travelers had stolen from them their luggage upon exiting a car park lift.

A toddler aged three was among the injured in the event. Five people went to hospital for medical care and were later released.

Police detained a man in his thirties for suspected robbery and assault near the scene. He has since been released pending further inquiries while inquiries continue.

Authorities were called at about 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding a number of individuals injured by an irritating chemical thought to be pepper spray.

The attack - which authorities stated was a standalone incident and not being treated as terrorism - caused train delays and the temporary shutdown of the main airport tunnel and the T3 parking facility for a short time.
